Set up and run CNC equipment, adjust offsets, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, hold tight tolerances, document results
Travel to well sites and plants in East Texas, perform repairs and retrofits, follow site safety rules, represent the company professionally as an exemplar of our service

DRAFTING TECHNICIAN, SOLIDWORKS
Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings, support reverse engineering, prepare clear production prints

Fit and weld carbon, stainless, and aluminum in the shop and field, read drawings, square and true assemblies, support overlay welding where required
WELDER FABRICATOR
Inspect incoming material and finished parts, complete records, support hydrostatic testing, work with machinists and welders to resolve issues
QUALITY TECHNICIAN
Saw cutting, deburring, cleaning, packaging, shipping and receiving, keep the shop running smoothly
SHOP SUPPORT
PAY, SCHEDULE, AND TRAINING

Most roles are full time; some field roles also include on-call work and overtime

We train on company procedures, quality documentation, and safe operation of equipment

Certifications, such as AWS for welders, may be supported based on role
